Stay well hydrated when dieting, water plays an important role in the fat metabolism. Drink eight glasses of water daily. Keep your caffeine intake down to 2 cups of coffee/tea per day. You can have plenty of calorie and caffeine free drinks though. Also, you can adapt this diet plan to your needs including the foods that you want instead of the ones listed, as long as you do not exceed 1400 kcal and the nutritional value of foods remains the same. An example: replace an apple with an orange or grapefruit, ham with chicken breast. Moreover, you can change around lunch and dinner or snacks on the same day.
