Free Daily Diet Plans




Free daily diet plans are listed below. A well balanced and healthy diet meal plan which includes a wide variety and healthy food choice is an important part of any diet and exercise regime. To assist you in your weight loss and fitness goals here are the samples of weekly diet meal plans for various calories levels based on your recommended daily calorie intake to lose weight. See what is your calorie intake for weight loss.

The calorie restricted seven day diet plans are just to serve as a guideline. Foods listed in the free daily diet plans can be substituted for other foods with the same nutrition quality. For example: an apple can be substituted for an orange or 1 oz of fish for 1 oz of chicken; or skim milk for soy milk. Caffeine intake should be limited to 2 cups of tea or coffee per day. Drink as much caffeine free and calorie free drinks as you like, include at least 8 glasses of water every day. Consult your doctor before starting this or any other weight loss program.
