The 7 day diet plan sample of a 1400 calorie a day diet is provided as a guideline so you can achieve quick healthy weight loss. Before beginning any of the diets for weight loss, always consult your doctor first.

The 1400 calorie plan below can be personalised to your individual taste or dietary needs, whether you are diabetic, vegan or vegetarian. If you would like to do so, replace the foods from the menu for the ones you fancy, leaving the calorie and nutritional value of the meals the same. Also, you can swap lunch, dinner and snacks on the same day.
