2000 Calorie Diet Menu - Day 3

The 2000 calorie diet plan is one of a number of popular calorie restriction diets; still you need to ask for medical advice before commencing this 2000 calorie menu or any other diet plan for weight loss.

Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water daily. Unlimited decaffeinated and calorie free drinks can be added to the diet. Restrict caffeine intake to two cups of tea or coffee per day. You can exchange foods from the 2000 calorie diet menu for the foods of your choice with the same calorie and nutritional value. For example, replace fish with meat, or an apple for an orange. Your weight loss can be boosted with a regular exercise routine.

Afternoon Snack :

½ oz milk chocolate – 14 grams – 75 kcal

Dinner :

3 oz cooked ground beef (95% lean meat / 5% fat) – 126 grams – 163.5 kcal 1 mixed green salad (day 1) – 36.7 kcal
